• Referring Attorneys

Most of the cases I handle are referred by other attorneys.  I deeply enjoy the co-counsel relationships I have developed over the years and work hard to ensure that the litigation experience is as enjoyable and stress free as possible for clients and their lawyers.

Referral and/or co-counsel fees are guaranteed in writing, promptly paid, and in conformity with the ethical guidelines of the state in which the case is handled.

Some referring lawyers like to maintain client contact and serve a significant role in the litigation, while others prefer a more hands-off approach.  I am willing to accommodate the requests of all referring attorneys regarding their level of involvement in the case.
