Bryan Waldman is a trial lawyer and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Michigan. He is a partner at the Chicago law firm of Levin & Perconti, Of-Counsel at the Detroit law firm of Sachs Waldman, and has dedicated his career to representing people in wrongful death and personal injury cases.

Bryan has extensive experience handling various types of personal injury claims including semi-truck collisions, automobile/bicycle collisions, automobile/motorcycle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, and railroad cases. A substantial portion of Bryan's practice has been devoted to representing those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar results for his clients including a record medical negligence wrongful death verdict of $10.68 million.

Bryan has been included in the publication Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury law and has received an "AV" (highest) rating from the Martindale-Hubbell American Law Dictionary, indicating preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards. He has also been named as a Michigan Super Lawyer in the area of plaintiff's personal injury in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Bryan served as the President of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association in 2003-2004.

Bryan is an avid cyclist and in his free time trains for and competes in triathlons and running events. He is a member of the League of American Bicyclists, Active Transportation Alliance, USA Triathlon, and Chicago Triathlon Club. Bryan’s favorite events include the Chicago Triathlon, Big Sur Marathon, Valley of Fire Half Marathon, and Dances with Dirt.

He has been married to Evelyn (Berrios) Waldman for fifteen years and enjoys snowboarding and spending time with their daughter, Alex and son, Max.
